  3. What about if both of your feet itch and both of the palms itch at the same time? I was in the kitchen chopping vegetables, when all of a sudden I started to itch... The itching on my feet lasted longer :( Any thoughts would be appreciated...

  4. Medically, this could be reaction to something in your diet; improper hydration; coming in contact with allergies; reaction to medication; or a more complicated cause such as diabetes or liver disease.
    Your itchy hands and feet could be caused by hormonal changes in the body such as pregnancy. Cholestasis which causes the skin to itch occur more in pregnancy.
    If your itchy hands and feet occur repeatedly, then it will be wise to see a doctor to have you examined.

  5. Hi there Francis, thank you for your response. I have been unwell lately with the flu, so perhaps it was a reaction to that... I had been reading into the itchy palms/ feet and thought... Ahh, there may be something in that, but nothing explained if both itches at the same time. I have had a bit of a windfall (due to no more sick leave...), but perhaps because the other palm also itches, there may be money coming in?)

    Also, in addition to your response, why just the hands/ feet and not any other part of my body?

    I am a spiritual person, meditating often. I have read that this could be "New" energy? I'm not sure...

    I am sorry about your health, wishing you quick recovery. Those explanation giving where possible medical reason that could be responsible for your itchy palms and feet. Superstitiously, there are other meaning for this. Having your palms and feet itch same time is not a common occurrence.
