- The type of socks you put on should not be those that cause your feet to sweat. They should rather be those that help to absorb moisture from the feet. Examples of socks that can absorb sweat are socks made from only cotton or socks made from cotton and wool.
- Your shoes should also be the type that allow air to your feet. Examples of such shoes are scandals, slippers, etc. shoes made from leather does not cause excessive sweating of the feet. So , you should wear more of leather and wear less of shoes made from materials such as polyester or synthetic as they cause your feet to sweat more; unless of course you are not the sweaty type.
